Oyster & Coral

Last night I wore this combo of coral and chambray and I wanted to feature this awesome oyster necklace today! Southern Oyster Designs is a company based out of Savannah and sells wholesale to some small boutiques all over the South. I first discovered this company at one of our favorite shops, Lowe Tide, during the Urbanna Oyster Festival back in November. It was during my birthday weekend, so my mom picked this necklace up as a perfect birthday gift to remember the weekend! I love that it is so unique and the coral and white is the perfect compliment to so much of my wardrobe- and my necklace is called the Wassaw, named after one of our favorite beach spots in Savannah!

Fourth of July Weekend Recap

The Fourth of July is one of my favorite holidays and since last year, Robbie and I have had another reason to celebrate because it was when he asked me to be his girlfriend and we spent the weekend with his family at the beach! We wanted to celebrate our first anniversary together with our families at the beach again this year as well!

Because I love putting together a good themed gift basket, I thought a red, white, and blue themed basket would be an appropriate gift for Robbie for our anniversary. I picked up a basket and started filling it with all kinds of goodies including this bottle of red wine, some 4th of July cups and napkins from Swoozies (all on sale now if you want to stock up for next year!), a Vineyard Vines T-shirt, and a Sweet Tea Monograms PFG shirt with his initials in nautical flags and the coordinates of Charleston.

Friday morning we got on the road to Hilton Head but not without a stop for doughnuts and coffee on the way!

Packing for the Fourth!

Like I mentioned in one of my recent posts, I have been living out of this Sweet Tea Monograms duffle bag the last few weeks (months) and this past week/weekend is no different! I got back from Richmond just in time to pack up again for the Fourth of July weekend. Luckily, this wasn't a very difficult task since the majority of my clothing is blue & white (with pops of coral!) I've had some Lilly pieces in mind to wear this weekend but since the weather may be iffy, I've got all kinds of options!
