Last week my friend Jessica and her fiance came to visit before heading to Savannah for a wedding. I wanted to show them some of the newest hot spots in Charleston, and since we were down at Lula Kate trying on wedding gowns (for Jess) and bridesmaids dresses (for me) we went up a little bit further on King Street to check out the newly opened Callie's Hot Little Biscuit! This place is definitely a new favorite, though not somewhere I can frequent too often if I still want my clothes to fit! ;)
I ordered the "Chicken Fried Friday" special and it was oh-my-goodness so delicious- so good that I didn't even get a picture of it since I ate it right up! We ordered a few of the buttermilk biscuits with cinnamon butter too which was so yummy!
I love that they had this little fridge of delicious goodies too- boiled peanuts, pimento cheese and more and right next to it was a freezer with some Jeni's ice cream containers! Hot Little Biscuit is a great one-stop-shop for some of the most delicious snacks and sandwiches!
